Help us with General Administration, Licensing, Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, Post-Event Survey

Help us write, source & develop Grant Applications, Sponsorship Proposals, Fundraising campaigns

 

Wayfinding/ Ushers

Help us with general event needs, Info Tent, Vendor Market, Youth Activities and Competition support

 

Hospitality 

Help us with Beer Tent, Food Vendors & Food Truck Support

 

Transport

Help us as a driver for airport transfers & other transport support

 

Event Support

Help us with Security, Waste Management and Other support

 

Operations Crew 

Help us with Setup & Tear Down from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July, 2025
